1. Try before you buy
Invention has a 14-day free trial with full functionality and no payment details required. We'd rather you find out whether it fits your music before spending anything — please use the trial first.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you buy and it still isn't right, contact us at support@noirplugins.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address used at checkout (or include your order details). We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and the plugin returns to its unlicensed state.
3. After 14 days
After 14 days we generally do not refund, but we don't leave you stranded either: if the product doesn't work as described on your system, contact support and we will work with you to fix it. If we can't make it work, we will make it right — which may include a refund at our discretion.
4. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") right for digital content, which you consent to waive only for immediate delivery of the download. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered regardless, so in practice you keep a full 14-day window either way. If digital content is faulty, you may also be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — a refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and we resolve almost everything within one or two emails.
